Buddy Classes F12 and N2

"The F12 Year 5 class and the N2 Year 1 class are thrilled to share the exciting collaborative project undertaken by our Year 5 students in Design and Technology. Partnering with our Year 1 buddies. Our older students embraced the role of designers and craftsmen, working closely with their 'clients' to create personalized felt teddy bears. The project not only honed their sewing skills but also allowed them to delve into the creative process, considering the interests, favorite colors, movies, and computer games of their younger counterparts. This hands-on experience exemplifies the engaging and interactive learning environment we strive to create at our school, fostering teamwork, empathy, and skill development. Our teddies are still in the making phase and our older buddies hope to have some fantastic finished products to present to their younger friends later this term."
