OLHC Disco Update

What is the dress code?

‘Dress to Express’. It is not every day your children attend a disco so please allow them to have fun and feel comfortable.

Why is there a senior and a junior disco? (Year 3 can choose junior or senior disco)

There are a number of reasons as to why the disco has been split up:

- COVID Safe Planning.

- The disco is a whole of community approach and it is equally important that we see representation from the senior school just as much as the junior school.

- The Parish Hall is limited in accommodating numbers and for safety reasons we need to separate the seniors from the juniors.

*Please ensure if you have children in junior and senior and are managing the logistics around this that you reach out to the community to assist in your planning.

Can younger siblings of students attend?

While we are a strong family community, the OLHC disco is not the ideal place for younger siblings to attend given the music and disco environment.

Grade 6 parents

We strongly encourage all students who is their last year at OLHC to attend the disco. There will be photos taken on the night that can contribute to your end of year celebrations.

We are more than happy to take any feedback you may have for future planning of the OLHC disco.
