Victorian Premier's Reading Challenge

Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge

The Victorian Premiers’ Reading Challenge ends tomorrow at Eltham East PS. Please log any remaining books and check to see if you have completed the challenge. As a school we have logged 15,628 books and 292 students have completed the challenge!

Students from Prep to Year 2 were encouraged to read or ‘experience’ 30 books with their parents and teachers. At least 20 of these books needed to be on the Challenge book list. Books read during library sessions and in the classroom were added for students, however, students may also need to log additional books read at home to reach 30 books.

Students from Year 3 to Year 6 were challenged to read 15 books. At least 10 of these books needed to be on the Challenge book list.

Everyone who meets the Challenge will receive a certificate of achievement signed by the Victorian Premier and former Premiers.
