Class 8

Can you believe we are already halfway through Term 3! Some of the highlights of the term so far include a visit by officers from Victoria Police who spoke with the students about their role within the community. The students of Class 8 enjoyed trying on some uniforms and exploring the police car including the police siren!

The students of Class 8 have been working on their own powerpoint presentations in the computer lab, with students learning how to create an exciting presentation on a topic of their choice. We are looking forward to seeing the finished products closer to the end of the term.

Finally in science, Class 8 have been learning about our Solar System, using chalk to draw the orbits of the planets around The Sun on the basketball court.
