Grade 1/2 Area

Grade 1 Dinner 

On Thursday 26th March, our Grade 1 students had a fantastic time at their Grade 1 Dinner, held after school as part of our camps program. This event helps prepare students for the Grade 2 sleepover next year and future camps in the upper years.

The evening began with a snack, followed by a range of fun activities including watercolour drawing, LEGO building, and indoor games. It was great to see students being creative, working together, and enjoying time with their classmates.

For dinner, students enjoyed sausages, followed by an icy pole for dessert. We then settled in to watch a short film before it was time to head home.

All of the teachers were very proud of how the students participated throughout the evening. They showed great manners, worked well together, and approached the night with enthusiasm. Many students described it as “the best night ever,” and Ms Rachel shared that it was her favourite Grade 1 dinner so far.

Well done to all of our Grade 1 students for making it such a special night.

Grade 2 students will get the chance to participate in Sleepover on Thursday 7th of May.
