Farewell

It is with great respect that we say farewell to Julie, an Education Support Staff member, who has worked at PVNPS for at least 20 years. Julie started in the school's Out of Hours Care Program which was run by the school and then moved into a classroom ES position.

Whether it was offering a calm, reassuring voice to a student who needed support, providing a helping hand to a teacher trying to juggle a million tasks, Julie was there to support. I am sure we will all miss that smell of table spray smelling and seeing clean and tidy classroom desks.

Though we will miss your presence, we are excited for the next chapter in your life and your move to Seymour.  We hope it brings you joy, rest, new adventures, and everything you deserve after giving so much of yourself to our community.

Ms Stella is leaving us at the end of this term to head off on an amazing journey of travelling the world. We thank Ms Stella for her care and dedication to the students she has taught over the past two years at PVNPS. We hope you have amazing adventures.

Goodbye

We also say goodbye to Dakota who has worked in 1/2C for Term 1. We wish you all the very best with your new position as Occupational Therapist.

Thank you - Happy Holidays

As we reach the end of another school term, I would like to take a moment to reflect on what has been a busy, rewarding, and successful Term for our entire school community.

Throughout the term, our students have demonstrated dedication, resilience, and a genuine commitment to their learning. It has been wonderful to see their growth—not only academically, but also in their confidence, creativity, and collaboration with others. I encourage all families to take pride in these achievements.

I would also like to acknowledge the hard work and professionalism of our staff, who consistently go above and beyond to provide engaging and supportive learning environments. Their efforts play a vital role in ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.

To our families and carers, thank you for your ongoing support and partnership. Your involvement makes a significant difference and strengthens the sense of community that we value so highly.

As we head into the break, I hope everyone finds time to rest, recharge, and enjoy time with family and friends. We look forward to welcoming students back next term, ready for more learning and new opportunities.

Wishing you all a safe and happy holiday.
