Many thanks to all the families who volunteered on the suasage sizzle day, donated goods, suach as napkins, sauces, drinks and more for the day, as well as those who turned up to support us by buying a sausage and a drink. 

Highton Primary Parents Club Colour Run 

The countdown is on for the Highton Primary School Colour Run, that glorious afternoon where everyone goes home covered in colour and joy (and maybe a light dusting of chaos).

This year we’re running, laughing and fundraising for a brand-new junior playground, our target is $10,000, and we’d love your help to get there!

Every child can join in, whether they fundraise or not. It's a big community day with colour dusting and possibly water fights with Dr. B.

How it worksThe Colour Run is an online fundraiser. Families set up a profile at funrun.com.au, choose their dream prizes, and share a cyber-safe link with friends and relatives who might like to donate.

What to do this week

1. Create your child’s profile at funrun.com.au.
2. The class with the most profiles by 31 October wins icy poles for everyone, because frozen sugar is the ultimate motivator.
3. Keep an eye out for the Wristband Competition, there’s a $500 prize credit up for grabs (worth breaking a sweat for).

We’d love to see as many families as possible cheering from the sidelines and soaking up the good vibes!
