Bingo and Games Night – Saturday 24th August

There is just 1 full table of 10 and a couple of single seats available for Bingo and Games night! If you haven’t yet booked jump in and grab a spot for a fun night with the HEPS community! 7.15pm in the HEPS gym for a 7:30pm start$30 per person The theme for the night is Disney and Pixar with each table themed as a Disney or Pixar movie. When you purchase your tickets select your favourite movie and come dressed up as much or as little as like in that theme.

Father’s Day Stall – Wednesday 28th August

It’s nearly time for our annual Father’s Day stall where students will have the opportunity to bring up to $10 per child and purchase a small present for their Dad or special person in their life. We would like to invite volunteers from the whole school community to come along for part of the day to help serve the students who visit in class groups to make their purchases.  Volunteering on the stall provides a lovely opportunity to see our children carefully consider their gift choices and practice their maths and money handling skills. All parents, guardians, grandparents, aunts, and uncles are welcome and need to hold a Working with Children check. The stall runs from 9am – 4pm and we are looking for helpers to fill the following time slots:

8am (Setup)

9am – 11:20am

11.20am – 12:50pm

2:00pm – 3:30pm

3:30pm – 4pm (Final sales and packup)

Term 4 save the date… Colour Run

Save the date for another fun HEPS colour run in term 4! On Wednesday 27th November we will once again have an active and colourful afternoon! More information to come, including some fun opportunities to volunteer, later in the year.
