'DODGEBALL Dreamers' Performance

Excitement is definitely in the air as we continue preparing for our school performance- 'Dodgeball Dreamers'. The performance will be held at OLMC, Mercedes Hogan Theatre, Yarra Street Heidelberg.

Wednesday 28 August - Evening performance  7:00 pm

Thursday 29 August - Afternoon performance 4:30pm

Thursday 29 August- Evening performance 7:00 pm

Your child will participate in all three performances and will be supervised by teachers at all times. 

Please note: Prep students will be presented to the school community, accompanied by their Year 6 buddy and singers, at the two performances on Thursday.

Wednesday, 28 August

• Drop-off and sign in: 6:30pm at OLMC, Nallejering Centre
• Pick-up and sign out: Approximately 8:30pm at OLMC, Nallejering Center

Thursday, 29 August 

• Early dismissal from school : 1:00pm (allowing time for rest, eating, and preparation). OSHClub will be available and take these children to OLMC if needed.
• Drop-off and sign in: 4:00pm at OLMC, Nallejering Center for the afternoon/evening performances 
• Pick-up and sign out: Approximately 8:30pm at OLMC, Nallejering Centre

Parents and carers are required to sign in students at drop off and sign out during pick-up times.

A canteen will be run by the PIC team for drinks, chocolates and chips.

Tickets for either the afternoon or evening performances can be purchased through TryBooking.

• We will then reopen the sales  on Monday, 5 August  at 10:00am for those who want additional tickets. You have the opportunity to purchase up to 3 more tickets at $20 each. Please do not purchase more than this as we are trying to be fair to all families.
• The 7:00pm sessions are nearly sold out but there are more seats are available on Thursday 29 at 4:30pm.

Students may bring:

• Water, a cushion or blanket to sit on and a book and/or game. 
• Please note that students are not permitted to bring electronic games, mobile phones.  Please provide food in a lunchbox for student’s  to have after the afternoon performance on Thursday.

PIC Canteen at the Performance of the year!

Please start colllecting your loose change so you and your children can spend it at our Canteen on the performance nights. As a fundraiser we will be selling drinks and chocolates in the foyer. If anyone is able to volunteer one hour before the performances we would greatly appereciate any help. Please leave your name at the office or see someone on PIC.
