We are learning to include graphic features in our information reports. 

VOCABULARY

Graphic Features: Visuals such as illustrations, diagrams or a graph that help explain ideas in the text. 

Diagram: A drawing that shows the parts of something using labels. 

ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Choose a topic to write an information report about. You may choose to continue writing the text you created a conclusion for last week.

Include at least one graphic feature in your information report. You might include: 

• Labelled diagram. 
• Table.
• Graph. 
• Fun Facts.
