What's Happening at CHPS
PE News
In PE this week, students have continued their soccer unit. Students across all year levels are starting to use the soccer skills they have learned in the previous weeks and applying them in different games such as Soccer Octopus, Numbers and mini soccer games.
Last Thursday our Year 5 & 6 students competed in their first Interschool Sport Winter Gala day. The students competed against other schools in our region in Netball, Soccer, Softball, Touch Football, Australian Rules Football & Lawn bowls.
A massive thank you to the parents who helped us on day 1. Without your help, these days simply can not happen.
We are still looking for parent helpers for our Lawn Bowls teams for the second gala day which is next Friday 21/6. If you are available and willing to help, please contact Jarrod Butcher - jarrod.butcher@education.vic.gov.au
