School Information Package 2024
ATTENDANCE:
Rolls are marked from 8:55-9am. If your child arrives after 9am please sign them in at the office. Please use the Audiri app to advise any absence or late arrival. Our attendance system will send an automated SMS to parents if we haven't received explanation by 9:30am (SMS system rolls out according to roll confirmation time). Your child's teacher may be absent, so if you email them directly, please also CC the office email - admin@shsandringham.catholic.edu.au
You can also leave a phone message.
DROPPING ITEMS AT THE OFFICE:
If you have something to drop in at the office for your child, please ensure it is labelled clearly with their name and class. It will be passed on at the next break time. We do not interrupt class time. Please keep these drop offs to a minimum.
MESSAGES TO CHILDREN - CHANGE IN PICK UP DETAILS ETC
Please ensure you ring through any messages to be passed on to your child. Email cannot be relied upon as we may not see it in time, or staff may be absent. The best way to ensure a message will be passed on is to PHONE the office.
P&F PAYMENTS:
Payments for the P&F (i.e. for functions or uniform shop) must be kept separate from school payments. The P&F have a separate bank account—please do not use the school bank account for their payments. Most P&F functions/events can be paid for on CDFpay, same as the uniform shop.
· Remember, if unsure of anything at all in relation to administration matters at school, don't hesitate to ring the office and we will be more than happy to assist you.
· The office is open between 8:30am and 3:45pm Monday –Friday.
BEFORE AND AFTERCARE 2024
We are thrilled to be able to offer Before Care on Wednesdays and Thursdays in 2024. This is based on results from the survey done earlier this year.
Aftercare will run Mon-Thurs. No Friday service due to lack of interest.
