By developing emotional literacy, we can better understand ourselves and others, fostering empathy and stronger connections.

Whether it’s through mindfulness, time management, or physical activity, we’ll find what works best for us to maintain our mental and physical well-being.

Topic 6: Help-Seeking

Knowing when and how to seek help is crucial for our health and safety. This topic will cover the importance of recognisin when we need support and the different resources available to us. We’ll learn that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness, and how to support others in seeking help as well.

We’ll explore the different aspects of identity and how they shape our perspectives and interactions. Creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued is our goal.

Topic 8: Positive Gender Relations

Building positive gender relations involves respect, equality, and mutual understanding. We will focus on ways to foster respectful relationships, challenge stereotypes, and support gender equality in our community. By promoting positive interactions, we can contribute to a more inclusive and harmonious environment.

These topics are integral to our development as compassionate and informed individuals. We look forward to engaging in these discussions and activities, which will equip us with the tools to navigate our lives more effectively and empathetically.
