We are accepting donations of recycled boxes like cereal boxes and plastic containers for few of our activities during the school holidays. Any help will be highly appreciated.
Early Finish on 28/6/24,Friday
We are pleased to inform you that MOUNT PLEASANT ROAD VIC OSHCLUB will be offering an extended After School session on Friday 28 June 2024.
The session will run from 2.30pm to 6.00pm at the cost of $40.60 (before any applicable Child Care Subsidy). Many families are eligible for Child Care Subsidy, which cover the cost of childcare outside of school hours. To establish what level of CCS you may be entitled to please contact the Centrelink Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50.
Please note that the pre existing After School session bookings have been automatically transferred to the associated Early Finish Time.
How to book
Please log in to your account online at www.oshclub.com.au to access the iParent Portal.
- Select the "Bookings" tab
- Select 'Make a booking'
- Select 'Casual Booking' and the date you wish to make a booking
- Select the "After School - Early Finish" room
- Acknowledge the Terms & Conditions and click Save

Lost property:
There are still a lot of jumpers in the tub near the OSH room entrance. Feel free to walk in during our operating hours to go through the tub if your child/ren is missing their school jumper.
Change to Booking Terms and Conditions
In line with industry standards, we have also modified two fee conditions which has been implemented in Term 1 2024 and will continue in Term 2 2024 as follows:
- Non-notified absence fee - The service must be notified ideally via the parent portal) if your child will not be attending an afternoon session. Failure to provide notice will mean the service delivery team cease other duties until your child is located or accounted for and may result in a call to emergency services. If the service is not notified of your child's absence prior to the Stay and Play session start time a $20 fee will be charged to your account.
- Late pick up fee - If your child is not picked up before the official closing time of the service, a $20 per 15-minute fee will be automatically applied to your account.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur and are available to discuss payment options and provide concessions where possible.
