Class 18

Class 18 has 9 students. We welcome our new student Ayla, who joined us during the term.

In class time we have been learning about division, symmetry, telling the time and increasing our comprehension skills from our class book “Wonder”. We have been learning about cyber safety and using Duo Lingo to learn Italian. Through this the students can order café items and do introductions. In science they have been experimenting with chemical changes.  They have made crystal snowflakes and carbon sugar snakes. 

The students competed in our school athletics day, with all students returning with ribbons.  We went on camp to 15 Mile Creek near Benalla where the students were involved in the following activities: canoeing, raft making, bushwalks, rock climbing, archery and the flying fox.  They had an awesome time and have many stories to tell!
