Carols by Twilight

As our school community gathered to share story, song and cheer at our Carols by Twilight, I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude, peace and joy.  Everyone's presence highlighted that the heart of Christmas is not just in the songs we sing, but in the shared spirit of community, care and belonging. It was wonderful to reflect on the real reason we celebrate -the birth of Jesus. A huge thank you to everyone for making this celebration so special and memorable and for your continued support.

Advent

As we journey through our final weeks of Advent, we are invited  to rejoice in the coming of Christ and most importantly prepare our hearts. Some suggestions to help your family prepare for Christmas:

- share a daily moment of gratitude at mealtimes

- plan simple, small acts of kindness for others

- read a short Gospel passage and reflect together (what is Jesus teaching us? How is this relevant to our lives?)

- practice peaceful communication by listening, forgiving and being gentle

- volunteer together: assist a local charity or your local parish

- light a candle and pray

Mass of Thanksgiving

We are grateful for the blessings God has poured into our school community this year. On Monday, 15 December at 10:30am we will gather as a community in the church for Mass to give thanks and celebrate God’s gifts and everything that came in 2025, please join us.

May this Advent season draw us closer to Jesus, deepen our love for one another and fill our homes with peace and joy. May we carry the light of Christ into all our daily acts of care and service.

Wishing you all a blessed Christmas and best wishes for 2026.

Warm Regards
