Shine the Light

Year 1 

Together, we 'Shine the Light' for Christmas.

Year 2

The Year 2 students enjoyed their day exploring the local history of Ascot Vale. We highly recommend a visit to the Moonee Ponds Court House during the holidays to view the new exhibition on the history of transport. Not surprisingly, the students might also recommend a quick visit to Inflatable World!

Year 3

The Year 3’s have enjoyed researching a celebration or commemoration from around the world to end their Inquiry unit. They presented their findings through a video, including props to make their presentation more engaging. They all did a fantastic job.

Year 4 Blue

This week in 4 Blue, we began exploring Christmas through the medium of clay. Students designed and created their own Christmas Ornaments, which they’ll be able to hang/display around their homes.

Year 5 

The Year 5 students have been learning about the reasons people migrated to Australia during the 1800's. To show their understanding they created stop motion videos! Here are some very impressive examples!

Year 6 

Please enjoy some action shots of the Year 6 classes enjoying their end of Primary School experience at Funfields.  This was a great reward for their years of primary school and their fundraising at the mini-fiesta in Term 3!
