MEETING 

Thank you to all who came to our meeting this month, it was extremely productive and we have a jam packed and exciting second half of the term to end on a high for the year! 

As we approach the end of the year we are always looking for helpers that would like to be apart of the pnf so help next year so if you would like to join our team please email sfspfa@sfslynbrook.catholic.edu.au 

AGM MEETING 

AGM will be the Tuesday, 2nd of December at 6.00 pm we will decide the new committee for next year. Everyone’s vote counts!

👕 UNIFORM DONATIONS NEEDED 👖 

Uniform Donations Wanted! 👕👗

It’s time for a wardrobe clean-out! We’re calling on families to donate any clean, used school uniforms that are no longer needed. All sizes are welcome – every item helps another student.

Donations can be dropped off at the school office at any time. Thank you for supporting our school community and helping others get ready for 2026 and the rest of the year!

Icy Poles 

Every Friday we sell Icy Poles at first lunch The cost is $1 per icy pole 

We need volunteers who are available between 10:45 -11:25 am to sell icy poles. Volunteers work on a roster system and we are very grateful for your time. If any parents are available on a Friday morning to assist, please email Sabrina at sfspfa@sfslynbrook.catholic.edu.au. 

Second Hand Uniforms 

The PFA run a regular Second Hand Uniform Shop every week, it will now be open every THURSDAY at 8.40am. These uniforms have kindly been donated by families who have moved away or when students have outgrown their uniforms. 

All items are $5. 

Working with Children Check 

All parent helpers need to have a valid Working with Children Check. You can apply for this online: 

https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/ 

It is free to apply as a volunteer. Please make sure the school office has a copy of your Working with Children Check.
