Health and Wellbeing

This week in the subject of Health and Wellbeing we focused on the importance of positive mental health and how feeling connected to each other in a happy social setting can improve our overall outlook on life.
We ran a board game and card games session in their lessons whereby the students had the opportunity to play a variety of these games with their peers. It was a chance for the students to stay off their screens and socialise with others while chatting and having fun. Students were able to bring their own board or card game from home to share and play with their friends.
