School Captains' Report

Wominjeka everyone, and welcome to our last newsletter of 2025. We can’t believe this year is almost over, it has been surreal and it still feels like we are doing the first newsletter, but now it’s time to celebrate the year and the school.

Over the last week or so the Year Sixes have had their orientation to their own high schools. We hope you are looking forward to next year and have made some friends in your class!

Next week the Year Sixes have a jam packed week, starting on Wednesday where they have the Graduation followed by their Celebration Day on Thursday where they will go to the Melton Waves pool and have heaps of fun. Finally Friday is the last day of school were the Year Sixes have their shirt signing and final assembly.

Alongside the Year Sixes departure we’ve had the Andrew Nunns School Of Music End Of Year Performances. We hope everyone enjoyed the opportunity and had heaps of fun!

As we conclude this newsletter and year as a whole we cannot thank everyone enough for this opportunity of being your School Captains. As we have all equally enjoyed leading the school alongside everyone else, we hope that everyone will enjoy 2026. We would like to say thank you to all the staff and teachers for guidance and support throughout the year. And a special thanks to Mrs Barletta and the leadership team.

We would also like to wish good luck to the following School Captains and even more amazing things in the future. We wish that you all have an amazing experience and a great opportunity.

Finally, be sure to stay safe, happy and healthy and enjoy the amazing weather and although we may not see each other again, we hope you all have a great start for 2026. We hope everyone has an amazing school holiday and rest of what’s left of 2025.
