Dear St Mary’s Community,
Welcome back to a new term! I hope your break was both restful and renewing.
As we return, it's important to remember that Easter is a season—not just a single day. The joy of the Resurrection continues for several weeks, and we are invited to keep celebrating by sharing the message of Easter with others. So don’t hesitate to keep wishing one another a Happy Easter!
Easter is a profound reminder of Christ’s victory over death and His gift of new life to us all. It’s a time to celebrate, to give thanks, and to rejoice in the boundless mercy and hope we have through the Risen Lord.
Easter Sunday Para liturgy
Last term we ended our liturgy on a solemn note - looking at Christ’s life in the lead up to His death. Now we can celebrate that the stone has been rolled away and that He is alive. It was wonderful to be able to sing the song “Rise Up”” by Andrew Chinn at our recent Easter Paraliturgy.
