SPORT TERM 2

SSV Holt Cross Country Bald Hill Clarinda,  2025

Hi Everyone,

On Thursday 2nd of May, St Agnes' competed in the SSV Holt Cross Country against 10 other schools in the Holt District at Bald Hill, Clarinda. The St Agnes Boys/Girls teams comprised 49 students from year 3 to 6.

Weather forecasting was majestic for this time of year, sunny and 18 degrees, the Cross Country Gods were smiling upon us and this made it very pleasant for runners and spectators alike.  St Agnes' did well considering we are one of the smaller schools. We came 5th overall, (St Josephs Elsternwick the winner) and 7th on percentage (Our Lady of Lourdes winner on percentage). Our school spirit shone through, with everyone doing their best and enjoying the day.

Congratulations to these students who will progress to the next level for Beachside on Tuesday 27th May at Bald Hill, Clarinda.

Interschool Sport -Footy

On Friday the 2nd of May the St Agnes' footy team travelled to St James for the 1st round of interschool footy. We travelled to Wattie Watson Oval and played St James. We were fortunate enough to have Mr Griffin as our umpire and Mr Otto as our coach.

After a big, fun filled day we managed to get a win.
