Quatrefoils Restaurant CRC Sydenham

With the support of CRC Hospitality teacher Richard McGuire, Year 12 Copperfield College students are required to organise and run operations at Quatrefoils Restaurant CRC Sydenham as part of their Hospitality and kitchen operations VET Certificate. 

A large component of the training program is developing the students’ confidence and communication skills and this gives them the opportunity to practice everything they have learned in the last 2 years.

On Thursday night some of our wonderful Delahey staff joined our Copperfield College Hospitality students as they prepared and served an amazing 3 course meal. This dinner service featured French inspired cuisine and cocktails. The students were our waiters, Chefs and beverage servers for the night. 

They should all be proud of the hard work and passion they showed on the night and throughout the year to finish the last dinner service with a bang.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and are extremely proud of everyone’s efforts on the night..
