Investiture and Scholars' Assembly

We warmly invite the parents and caregivers of our 2024 Scholars, along with those of our Year 12 2025 students, to join us for the celebration of the Investiture and Scholars' Assembly.

P&F Welcome Evening

The Clayfield College P&F Association warmly invites all parents and caregivers to the Welcome Evening. This event offers a great opportunity to connect with new Clayfield families and reconnect with the ongoing community.

We’re looking for volunteers to support the P&F Welcome Evening and would be grateful for your assistance!

Date: Friday 7 February 

Times: 5:15pm to 6:45pm and 6:45pm to 8:00pm

Location: Chapel Courtyard

Volunteers will assist with setting up, serving drinks, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. If you're available to help, please sign up using the link below.

Supervision of Children

To enable as many of our community members to attend this event, there will be supervision (which includes dinner) available for: 

• Children that attend Clayfield College (Pre-Prep to Year 12) 
• Siblings of Clayfield College students, so long as they are at least five years of age and are comfortable to be left in the care of others.  

Registration is essential and can be completed via the 'Buy Tickets' option. There is a nominal cost to cover dinner expenses. 

Conditions

• Parents/caregivers must pre-register their children, so that adequate levels of staffing can be arranged, and dietary requirements provided.
• Parents/caregivers must sign-in their children from 5:30pm (Assembly Hall), and sign-out their children by no later than 7:30pm (Primary) and 7:45pm (Secondary).
• Save for using the bathrooms, children are to remain in the allocated areas until such time as they are signed out by their parents/caregivers.

Foundation Day Assembly

We invite Old Collegians and Past Staff to celebrate the ninety-fourth anniversary of Clayfield College with us at a Commemorative Assembly, followed by Morning Tea. The Assembly will include a special tribute from the Archives, highlighting the College’s growth and development over the years.

Year 12 Formal

Year 12 students and their parents are invited to join us for the Formal, the first of many celebratory events for our Class of 2025's final year of Secondary schooling.
