VCE VM

What's been happening in VCE VM lately:

• Year 11 students completed their 'Provide Basic Life Support' and 'Provide First Aid' courses. They will soon be taking part in White Card Training, which will allow them to work on a construction site.

• Year 12 students will be preparing meals for charity as part of their Community Meal Project. They recently cooked up over 100 serves of pasta bolognese, which was donated to CareNet in Templestowe. They will continue to cook meals every 3 weeks, and will be visiting CareNet soon for a tour, safety talk and to take part in some volunteer work.

• Year 12 students, as a part of their Personal numeracy unit, planned and budgeted for a BBQ, catering for the whole class. Earlier this week they went to Westfield to buy the ingredients, then caught the bus to Ruffey Lake Park to cook the BBQ.
