From the Classrooms

This week's learning in Foundation 

In Maths the Foundation students have been learning to subtract smaller numbers from bigger numbers using visual aids. 

In Writing they have been learning about elements of story telling such as character, setting, problem and solutions. 

In Reading they have been practicing their partner reading, including focus words with the graphemes ss, zz, ll, and ff. They have been using techniques such as finger tracking and sounding out words to help with their reading skills.
