Science Week | Week 4

This week, we’re celebrating Science Week, a time to ignite curiosity and explore the wonders of the world around us. Students across all year levels are participating in hands-on experiments, STEM challenges and guest speaker sessions that showcase the power and possibilities of science. Be sure to ask your child what they've discovered!

Science Week celebrations will continue tomorrow during the Senior School assembly, featuring bridges constructed by our Year 8 students in Pillars, along with a live demonstration of Dr Jeremy Just's science skills.

Book Week | Week 5

Next week is Book Week, and we’re thrilled to celebrate the theme 'Book an Adventure'.

A variety of activities are planned across the College, including storytelling sessions, creative literature-based activities, literature debates and the popular pet reading competition.

Our Student Resource Centre (library team) has prepared a fantastic lineup of events to inspire a love of reading in every student. Explore the links below to learn more or refer to the information provided on Connect.

On Wednesday 20 August, students and teachers from Kinder to Year 12 are invited to dress as their favourite book characters for our annual Book Week parade – a much-loved highlight of our celebrations.

This important event provides an opportunity to meet with staff, confirm subject selections now that the five subject lines have been finalised and ensure a smooth transition into the senior years of schooling.

Please check the email sent to families on Friday 8 August to confirm your booking time.

Year 7–10 Learning Conferences | Thursday 21 August

The Year 7–10 Learning Conferences offer a valuable opportunity for students, families and teachers to reflect on progress, celebrate achievements and set goals for the remainder of the year.
