Visual Art

This study allows students to express their feelings and ideas through art works. They develop a heightened sense of perception of the world around them, whilst learning to recognise and value cultural diversity in past and present contexts. In class, students are exposed to a variety of art-styles from different times and cultures. They are encouraged to respond to them both individually and from a Biblical perspective. 

Students explore and develop ideas for their own art in their workbook. To accompany the workbook, students produce a folio of art works using different media.
