Upcoming Formation Days: A Time to Reflect, Connect, and Grow

As a faith-based community, we are delighted to share that each year level will soon participate in their annual Formation Day—an important time in our College calendar dedicated to reflection, spiritual growth, and strengthening connections with one another and with God. Some year levels will engage in these days on-site, while others will venture off-campus for a change of environment that fosters deeper focus and renewal. Regardless of location, each Formation Day is thoughtfully designed around age-appropriate themes that speak to the unique stage of growth and development of our students.

Formation Days are more than a break from routine—they are a vital part of our students’ holistic education. Rooted in our Catholic values, these days invite students to pause amidst the busyness of life, explore their faith, and build meaningful relationships with their peers. Through prayer, discussion, reflection, and team-building activities, students are encouraged to consider how their personal journeys are interwoven with God’s purpose and our wider community. As Psalm 46:10 reminds us, “Be still, and know that I am God.” These sacred moments of stillness and connection remind us of who we are and whose we are, reaffirming our shared commitment to live out the Gospel in all we do. We look forward to witnessing the growth and grace that these special days inspire in each of our students.

Further to this, these days also reflect the strong partnership between home and school in nurturing each student’s faith journey. We encourage families to speak with their daughters after the day, creating space for them to share their experiences and reflections.
