Drop off reminders

Just a quick reminder that teacher supervision begins at 8:30am when the front gate opens.  Please drop your child/ren off at the front gate to avoid having lots of parents onsite as we need to be able to monitor visitors as per our head office directive to keep all children safe.  If you do enter the school grounds, other than to give our office staff a message, you need to sign in and out on the kiosk.

Enrolling Now!

Dear parents, carers and friends we need your help to spread the word!

Enrolling Now period for 2026.  Our enrolment packs are available for collection from the front office. Principal's interviews are being held in Week 9 and 10 this term as Armidale Catholic Schools require predicted numbers early in Term 3.

Compass Housekeeping  for Medication Expiry Notifications

It has been brought to our attention that when you receive a Medication Expiry Notification by SMS there are no details as to which medication it refers to.  If you go into your child's profile the details can be found there. It may be a Medication or a new Anaphylactic or Asthma Plan that is required.  I hope this helps for future messages.

Uniform Items

With the change in temperature, we have so many missing items of clothing at the moment we have decided to send out a request that you:

  • clearly name every one of your child's uniform items
  • check the items that you have at home actually belong to your child and if not return them to school the next day
  • collect items from the swap shop - neatly cross out the previous names in the item and put your child's name in it for easy return
