Home Learning

Similarly to Term 3, students this term will complete an ongoing inquiry research project which will be a shared project between home and school. Students will add more information  to their project each week and share their progress with their peers. This project will link to our inquiry focus for Term 4, ‘Biomimicry’. 

• Students should continue to read at home for approximately 20 minutes each day. This is crucial in being able to independently consolidate various reading skills and strategies they have learned in class. They will continue to swap their take-home readers daily and have access to our Cengage PM Collections library.
• Students can continue to consolidate their learning in class through assigned work on Nessy (literacy) and Matific (mathematics). These tasks are periodically reviewed and updated to reflect current curriculum areas being covered in class. Please get in touch with your child’s classroom teacher if you require another copy of your child’s logins.
