Message from the Principal

 Dear Families,

We are in the middle of a hectic last week of term with students participating in Regional Athletics on Monday, State Netball today, our Year 1 students are on a long day excursion and our Year 5 students away on camp.

Thank you to everyone responsible for keeping our students safe at all of these events, for the extensive documentation that is completed for each one of these and for the time outside of normal hours that is willingly given to provide our students with such incredible experiences. Please take the time to thank the staff for this if you see them, it means a lot.

Make sure you scroll through the newsletter for Mrs Woods' Term 3 Sports wrap-up. This term was enormous with the sheer number of events we participated in. Huge shout out to Mel our PE teacher and Leader, Courtney our AFL trainee and the Year 6 Sports Leaders, who report to the school community at Assemblies each fortnight and decide on and present the sports award. Great effort, team.

Thank you all for another great term. It is a privilege to lead this community and to work alongside our amazing staff, great students, and supportive families.

Mobile Phones / Smart Watches (REPEAT)

Please refer to our Mobile Phone and Smart Watch policy. These devices are not to be used at school. If your child needs a device for safe passage to and from school, it must stay in the child's bag. This includes smartwatches, as they are a distraction to learning for the student and others. St Therese's takes no responsibility for the device if it is lost or damaged; the responsibility lies with the family.
