Change of Address or Personal Information
The school requires the most up to date information for parents and caregivers. If you have changed addresses, mobile numbers or email addresses we do require this information to be updated in writing. This can be done via email to admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au.
Not Returning to St Helena's in 2025
As we near the end of Term 3, if you are aware that you child/ren will not be returning to St Helena's in 2025 please advise the school in writing to Mr Giancono via email to admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au
A reminder that a terms (10 weeks) notice is required when withdrawing a student to ensure that no additional school fees are incurred.
Swimming Lessons - Year 3 to Year 6
Students in Years 3 to 6 will be attending swimming lessons at Ellenbrook State Swim (Cnr Plaza Turn and Library Ave) during Week 1 and 2 of Term 4, Monday 7/10/24 – Friday 18/10/24.
Swimming lessons at St Helena's is a part of our Physical Education program and therefore all students are expected to take part. The children will be travelling to and from the pool by bus in accordance with the timetable below.
Students are to wear their uniforms over this two-week swimming period. The children will be required to change into their bathers at school and students will change out of bathers once they return to school. All students will attend the pools with their year level at the allocated time.Please pack a separate bag with the following items:
- Bathers
- Towel
- Slip on shoes (thongs)
- Drink bottles
- Goggles
Please ensure all items are clearly LABELLED to avoid confusion or misplacement, including shoes and socks. St Helena’s staff will be present and available at the pools for the duration of the lessons. Parents are not allowed to attend for the first 3 days whilst students are being assessed and no food is to be given to the children at the pools.

Kindy 2025 Enrolments
Enrolment interviews for Kindergarten in 2025 are continuing to take place.
Families with siblings born between July 2020 and June 2021 seeking a place in our Kindergarten next year at St Helena's are asked to contact Admin on admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au or 9297 7500 to receive an application pack.
