Locker Checks Looming – Be Prepared!

Welcome back from the Term One holidays. I hope you had a wonderful and restful break with your families. As we dive into Term Two, we have an exciting and busy schedule ahead of us. To start off the term, our Year 10 and 11 students enjoyed a memorable river cruise. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to bond and create lasting memories together.

See all the photos on the next page.

Now that we are well into Term Two, I would like to remind all students to be in full winter uniform. If you are unsure about the requirements, please refer to the Student Handbook on SEQTA. This includes ensuring having a school tie and their blazer.

A friendly reminder to all students about school lockers: It is mandatory to have a lock on your locker to ensure the safety of your belongings. If you have misplaced your lock, please visit Reception for information on acquiring a new one. A locker check will be conducted by the end of Week Two, and parents will be contacted if locks are missing. It is the responsibility of all students to keep their lockers neat and tidy and to use it appropriately.

In Week 3, we have the highly anticipated Interhouse Cross Country event. This year, it will be a whole school event, and I encourage all students to participate and support their peers and House with enthusiasm. Having the whole school all together will be a wonderful way to enhance House Spirit.

I am looking forward to a productive and enjoyable Term 2 with all of you. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. Let's make this term a great one together!
