PTF RSL RAFFLE ROSTER - DECEMBER 2023

Starting this Friday 1 December our PTF volunteers will be at the RSL Club selling raffle tickets at their weekly raffles. If for any reason you are unable to make a rostered shift, please fill in your shift with another volunteer or find someone else to help out.

Friday evening ticket selling times are 6.00 - 7.30pm and Sunday lunchtime 11.00 am - 12.30pm for the month of December. 

This is a great opportunity to raise money for the the PTF so that projects may be paid for to improve the facilities for all students here at Sacred Heart. 

Please note that this is run by the PTF and not the school. Please contact Mrs Leah Rees if you are able to fill the last date ~ Sunday 31st December.

UNIFORM SHOP

The Uniform Shop / Clothing Pool will be closed for the rest of the term however, it can be opened by Ms Traynor by appointment.

The last day to order summer uniform will be Thursday 7 December so please check your child's uniform items and visit the uniform shop/clothing pool to see if the items are in stock. If not, please order by the above date.

SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL (SAC)  MEETING

The next SAC Meeting will be held tomorrow  Tuesday 28 November at 5:30pm. The PTF Executive are urged to attend. If you are unavailable, please contact Mrs Kathlene Fenton or Ms Robyn Traynor to give your apology. 

Working With Children Check (WWCC) ~ Just a friendly reminder that if you are a member of the PTF you must have a current Working With Children Check. If you are not sure, please contact Ms Traynor in the office.

Parents who volunteer at the school in any capacity around children other than your own are also required to have a Working With Children Check.

Volunteer Working With Children Checks can be obtained from Service NSW and once obtained are valid for 5 years.
