EHPS 2023 Art Exhibition: Ever Higher

The EHPS ‘Ever Higher’ art exhibition will be held in December. Our gallery will be located at the EHPS Violet building, and will feature a display of over 400 artworks by students. Additionally, each class will have a portfolio, with each student having an A2 page dedicated to their work.

Here is a FAQ guide:

From Wednesday 6 to Friday 8 December, each class will have a guided tour through the exhibition.
The exhibition will be open for public viewing after school hours on Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 December between 3.30pm and 5.30pm, and on Friday 8 December between 3.30pm to 6pm.
Each class will have a half hour guided tour during school times between Wednesday 6 December to Friday 8 December.
Each student will have an opportunity to vote for their favourite artworks (People’s Choice Award) in the seven categories of Prep, Years 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
During the exhibition week, we will unveil a new school mural that celebrates our school values, ArtSEL and The Resilience Project.
Each class will produce one class artwork. Parents have the opportunity to place a silent bid on one - bidding open now, see details below.
At Assembly on Monday 11 December, we will announce the People’s Choice Award winners and the Class Artwork silent auction winners.

Bidding on Class Artwork

To enhance the children’s immersion in the Ever Higher Art Exhibition, each class has been busy creating one whole class collaborative artwork. Some classes have finished their artwork whilst others are adding the final details. The artworks are located in each classroom and will eventually be hung at the exhibition from Wednesday 6 to Friday 8 December.

You are invited to bid on your child’s classroom artwork right now by following these steps:

View your child’s classroom artwork in their class. Attached to it will be the current highest bid.
Ask your child’s teacher for a bidding slip.
Fill in the details on the bidding slip - name of bidder, contact details and the amount you are bidding.
Give your bidding slip to your child’s teacher.
The new highest bid will be revised on the canvas highest bid attachment.
