Kildare Campus Update

Everyday we are witnessing change and progress at our Kildare Campus! Most recently it has been wonderful to see the final brickwork to the seating around the Well completed. This will provide another great space for children to gather during recess and lunch and to use during outside classes.

Current Progress

• Learning Building steel signed off by both the engineer and building surveyor
• Stormwater completed - a few downpipe connections to still occur
• Roofing to Specialist Building 75% complete - ongoing flashing/trims
• Specialist Building Wall framing 80% complete - main frame complete
• Specialist Building rough in services 40% complete
• Learning Building roof 20% complete
• Learning Building wall framing 20% complete
• Additional irrigation installed to entrances and avenues

Upcoming Progress

• Specialist Building services rough in ongoing
• Window frames and glass to be installed
• Bricklayer to commence at the end of October
• Sliding door tracks to be installed
• Soffits/fascia installation to commence
• Plastering to Specialist Building to begin after Cup Day
• Solar panel installation
• Mulch to be installed around outdoor gym
• COLA structure over outdoor courts to commence
