Key Contact Phone Directory on Compass

A handy directory of direct phone extensions for key staff members at both our Brigidine and Kildare Campus, including House Leaders and Learning Leaders,  is now available for parents to access on Compass at the following location.

Instalments

4th Instalment Due Date: 17 November 2023                                             

1 student - $920 each instalment. 

2+ students - $1,595 each instalment

Option 3 - Flexible Payment Plan

Due Date: 17 November 2023

Direct Debits

The preferred method of payment is direct debit (automatic transactions set up by the College), a form can be requested by emailing Rosemaree – fees@sje.vic.edu.au

If you are an existing family of the College and would like to recommence your direct debit or change the amount, please email Rosemaree - fees@sje.vic.edu.au

Assistance

We understand for some families, the payment of fees can be of concern, so we encourage you to communicate this with us from the outset.

If you anticipate having difficulty paying your fees, please contact us immediately. Our experience shows that by dealing with these concerns early, families experiencing financial hardship gain clarity around fees and fee payments, and have their concerns put to ease.

Year 7 2024 Kildare Campus Tours

We are delighted to invite the families of students who are enrolled to commence Year 7 at St Joseph's College in 2024, to visit Kildare Campus next month to experience all that we have to offer at our new state of the art learning facility. 

The campus tours are a prelude to our Information Evening for 2024 Year 7 families to be held at the Brigidine Campus on Wednesday 22 November.

*Families of 2024 Year 7 students are asked to register for their preferred tour via the link below by Monday 6 November.
