Diverse Learning Term 4 

The Diverse Learning Team support students in several ways both on and off Campus. Term 4 is often a busy time with opportunities for students to flourish off Campus with camps, excursions and sporting carnivals; and on Campus with classwork, intervention, enrichment groups and projects. 

This week we welcomed the opportunity for students from Foundation to Year 4 to participate in the annual Aquatic Education Program at the State Aquatic Centre. Many students find this time of year quite exciting and the Diverse Learning Team are here to help by supporting students in transit, with supervision and safety, and by assisting students in maintaining their belongings and personal care. When students require additional support to access learning on the same basis as their peers, our Team are here, passionate about supporting inclusion through universal design and individualised adjustments. Every member of the Diverse Learning Team was involved in the Aquatic program, creating further opportunities for connection and shared experiences through learning.
