Athletics Carnival

Whole School House Athletics Carnival  - First day Term 2 - Monday 20 April

Students are to wear their House Colours 

This compulsory whole-school event is always a fun and energetic day for all students. Students can choose to compete in a variety of events or come along to support their friends and their House.

There will be a range of food trucks and activities available throughout the day, so we encourage everyone to get involved and give something a go. The day will conclude with a special colour run for our Year 12 students, making it a memorable final Athletics Carnival for our Class of 2026.

Arrival and Roll Marking

• Years 7–9: Students should go directly to their usual homegroup classroom at 9:00 am. 
• Years 11–12: Students are to go straight to the stadium, where rolls will be taken before walking over to the Bewick Athletics Track.

Event Sign-Up

At the start of the day, students will have 15 minutes to explore the different events and register for those they wish to participate in. Students can choose to enter one event or as many as they like - every event they compete in earns points for their House. Participation also increases students' chances of being selected to represent Berwick College at Division Athletics later in the year.
