New - African Drumming

Last Wednesday our Grade 5/6 students had an fabulous time in the music room belting out some cool beats on the djembe drums with Odai from African Drumming

It was a great way for the students to spend a Wednesday!

Mrs. Davkovski and Ms. Vertriest even managed to find five minutes to join us!

We sounded pretty amazing all together!

Thanks to Odai from African Drumming for teaching us some new skills!

New - Our Amazing Vegetables

Mr Crow and some of our Grade 3/4 boys decided to see how big they could get a Zucchini to grow.

This ended up being 42cm long and 2.8kg in weight!

They have all been amazing in the veggie garden, preparing the beds, weeding and working the soil. They have planted broccoli, leeks, lettuce and recently we planted potatoes.

We will soon be planting some garlic.
