Deputy Principal - Staff Development & Organisation, Kerry Jell

We look forward to meeting with students and parents that have booked in for next week’s Online Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences with subject teachers.

The details for the conferences are as below:

When:    Tuesday 13 May 3.30-6.00pm and Thursday 15 May 11.00am-7.00pm                     (Time booked by parents in BOOKED via MyMtA).

Where: All Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences will occur online using Microsoft Teams, via your daughter’s account. Please see the link here for Microsoft Teams Instructions to help you in this process.

Details: It is an expectation that students attend these online meetings with  parents and will access the meeting via their Teams Chat. Each interview will be a maximum of 8 minutes duration to allow teachers to transition to their next call.

A reminder to all parents that to accommodate these meetings, Thursday May 15 will be a Learning from Home Day for all students. There will be no onsite classes or supervision available.

On the Day of your Parent Teacher Student Conferences

At the time of your designated booking (as booked in the system), the relevant teacher will video call your daughter via the Microsoft Teams Platform. For further information on how this will occur please see the instructional document found at this link.  Information is also included here on the process for missed calls.

The teachers look forward to meeting and partnering with parents to support each student’s progress and targeted improvement strategies for 2025. We thank parents for taking this opportunity to meet with subject teachers.

Your sincerely,

Kerry Jell
