Snapshots from Springvale

On Monday, 6th May we had a student-free day. While our students enjoyed a well-deserved day off, our dedicated staff were hard at work behind the scenes. Teachers and Education Support Staff spent the day together preparing for our upcoming Triennial Review, a valuable process that helps us reflect on the past three years and plan for the future. This review allows us to celebrate our achievements, identify areas for growth and ensure we continue delivering the best possible learning experience for all students.

Last week we held a special assembly to officially introduce our Student Representative Council leaders. These students have been elected by their peers to represent their voices and help shape our school community. The SRC plays an important role in school life, organising student events, promoting school values and working alongside staff to make positive changes. We look forward to watching them grow as leaders in the year ahead.

Today is Education Support Personnel Day, a day when we formally recognise and celebrate the incredible work of our Education Support staff members. These dedicated individuals play a vital role in supporting students, teachers and the overall functioning of our school. From assisting in classrooms to managing resources and providing individual support, their efforts are essential to our success. We encourage students and families to take a moment to say thank you and show appreciation for all that our support staff do each and every day.
