Election Day Fundraising

TPS is hosting a polling booth for the Federal Election this Saturday, 3 May, and we will be running a sausage sizzle and cake stall to raise funds (and provide a community service - you can't vote without a sausage!!).

If you can turn a sausage or help in other ways, please sign up below.  We will also have a cake stall and will need cashiers.

We are looking for lots of support from the school community to donate home baked goods There is no need to add your name to the volunteer sign up sheet, instead please bring your baked items in a container to the school canteen on Friday May 2nd between 8:30 am and 9:30 am, where a packaging station will be set up for you to package your baked items for sale. The packaging station will include cake/biscuit trays, doilies, cellophane, ribbon and labels (to list the ingredients).

To comply with Health Department regulations:

  • We cannot accept any food item that requires refrigeration (ie no cream)
  • We can accept homemade baked goods only (please do not bring anything store-bought)
  • All ingredients need to be listed on the labels provided at the packaging station on Friday morning

We are also looking for volunteers to assist with the cake packaging and pricing on Friday morning, so please sign up on the signup sheet above if you can assist with this!
