Hello Foundation Families,

We have had such a wonderful week in Foundation! This week we edited and improved our Persuasive Speeches ready for us to present next week. The topic this year is "The Best Thing About Me". It has been amazing working with the students to celebrate their achievements in writing.

In Maths, we looked at addition, working through solving problems and working on adding two smaller numbers together to make a larger number. We also explored partitioning with icy pole sticks and MAB.

In Guided Inquiry, we planted some herb seeds and even had Kim and Erin come to help! We sent an email out early this week regarding our Guided Inquiry unit and wanting recipes from families to create a Foundation Cookbook! Please give your contribution to your child's classroom teacher.
