Bonjour
We're excited to share that our playgrounds have received a wonderful upgrade with new sand and softfall! The children are already loving the refreshed space, and their imaginations are running wild. It's heartwarming to see them enjoying their playtime even more. Thank you to Mulch Movers for working with us in making our playgrounds a fantastic place for creativity and fun!
This week, I want to highlight two key health issues affecting our community and which have recently been reviewed by our teaching and leadership teams: anaphylaxis and asthma.
Anaphylaxis is a serious allergic reaction that can be triggered by certain foods, medications, or insect stings. We encourage students to share their allergies to help keep our environment safe.
Asthma affects many students and can cause wheezing and shortness of breath, often triggered by exercise, allergens, or weather changes. Proper asthma management is essential for students to participate fully in school activities.
Our staff are trained to handle emergencies, and we have action plans in place. We also keep visible, action plans for everybody affected by these health issues and the associated breathing aids that may be required.
To help create a safe and supportive school environment for all students, please take a moment to:
Your cooperation is essential in keeping our school community healthy and safe. Thank you!
Wishing you a fantastic Melbourne Cup weekend! I look forward to seeing you back for the school concert and French Day celebrations soon after. Enjoy the festivities! 🎉🥳
