We have enjoyed another wonderful fortnight at school, with students engaging enthusiastically in a range of excursions and incursions, while our Year 3 - 6 staff also participating in a Professional Learning Day alongside other teachers from Catholic schools in Bendigo.
This week, we are celebrating both Open Week and Catholic Education Week, providing a wonderful opportunity to showcase our school community.

It has been wonderful to welcome so many prospective families to our school during our very successful Open Week. We have enjoyed showing families our classrooms, learning spaces and school grounds. I would like to thank our student leaders who have done an outstanding job confidently leading tours and representing our school with pride.
We also held a very successful Information Evening on Tuesday, with many new families in attendance, and we appreciate the positive feedback received.
As a reminder to our existing families, if you have a child who is due to begin school next year, please ensure an enrolment application is completed as soon as possible to assist with our planning. Enrolments close on Friday May 22.

We look forward to welcoming all mother's and mother figures tomorrow to celebrate Mother's Day.

Thank you to the Carter family, and especially to Poppy, for representing our school at the ANZAC Day service. We appreciate the respect and pride shown on behalf of our school community on this important day.

Thank you for your ongoing support.
With warm regards,
Julie Cornwall, Acting Principal
