Foundation

  • Saoirse M (FSC) - ‘Be Your Best’ for having a go at things even when they are hard. Well done Saoirse - keep up the awesome work!

  • Gordy D (FSC) - ‘Be Your Best’ for having a go at writing words by writing down all the sounds you can hear. Amazing work Gordy! 

  • Sadie R (FBW) - ‘Be Your Best’ for trying so hard to improve your letter and number writing.  It is lovely to see you feeling proud of your efforts.

  • Bowie P (FBW) - ‘Be Your Best’ for continuing to display lovely manners throughout the day and for being respectful of your peers and their learning.

  • Freddie P (FBW) - ‘Be Your Best’ for making great choices at school, both in the classroom and in the yard.  It is lovely to have you in our classroom, learning new things and making friends.

 

Year 1

  • Penny B (1GM) - ‘Help Others Succeed’ for being a supportive classmate who can work successfully with any person. Great job Penny.

  • Sullivan H (1GM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for displaying a brilliant attitude towards learning and trying your best consistently in all tasks.  Amazing work Sullivan!

  • Charlotte H (1GS) - ‘Be Your Best’ for listening attentively and contributing during class discussions.  Well, done Charlotte.

  • Remy Griffin (1GS) - ‘Be your Best’ for continuing to challenge yourself with your learning.  Your focus on tasks has allowed you to keep improving your learning in the classroom.  Well, done Remy.

     

     

Year 2

  • Chester S (2ZH) – ‘Be Responsible’ for making positive learning choices in the classroom and in the playground.  Awesome work Chester!

  • Tom M (2ZH) – ‘Be Your Best’ for working so hard on his narrative writing and looking to add as much detail and description as he can. Great writing Tom!

  • Sophia H (2CL) – ‘Be Your Best’ for being a responsible learner.  It is wonderful that you ask for clarification to gain a better understanding of your learning.  Well done, Sophia.

  • Isla W (2CL) – ‘Help Others Succeed’ for being such a kind and considerate friend. It is admirable to see you show such empathy for others and take care of your friends when they need it. Thank you, Isla.

 

Year 3 & 4

  • Molly R (3/4LB) - ‘Be Your Best’ for being such a positive role model in our classroom. Molly, you listen well and do your best at every learning activity.  Well done!

  • Eleanor S (3/4LB) - ‘Help Others Succeed’ for assisting others with their learning when required.  Nell, you demonstrate leadership skills well beyond your years!  Well done!

  • Mercedes A (3/4JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for the amazing way you work in class.  You always set a great example by being focused on your work and always giving your best. Congratulations and keep it up!

  • Anthony G (3/4JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for the great way you have settled into St Joseph’s. Anthony you are always willing to have a go at new things, and you always have a wonderful attitude.  Keep it up!

  • Tyler P (3/4JM) - ‘Be Your Best’ for the wonderful way you are willing to share your knowledge with the class.  Tyler, you are working really well and embracing all the new changes in Year 3.  Well done, keep it up!

  • Gabbi J (3/4JS) - ‘Be Your Best’ for making great use of her learning time during Maths.  Your confidence when tackling maths questions continues to grow.  Keep up the fantastic work!

  • Jaxon F (3/4JS) - ‘Be Your Best’ for showing care and pride during handwriting lessons.  Well done, Jaxon, on consistently demonstrating your best handwriting across all learning areas.

     

Year 5 & 6

  • Tommy S (5/6GC) - ‘Be Your Best’ for stepping outside his comfort zone on camp.  With a positive mindset, he embraced new experiences, joined in, and had the best time

  • Cameron K (5/6GC) - ‘Be Your Best’ for consistently showing kindness, support and encouragement to his peers throughout camp.  He made others feel included, offered help when it was needed, and helped create a positive environment.

  • Quinn P (5/6TD) - ‘Be Your Best’ for pushing past her comfort zone on our school camp. Quinn, it was great to see you persisting at challenging tasks and going on the zipline. Great effort!

  • Logan B (5/6TD) - ‘Be Your Best’ for his note taking in our literacy block. Logan, I can see you putting in effort to take efficient notes on what we are learning about. Keep up the great work.

  • Prabhleen K (5/6EN) – ‘Be Your Best’ for participating in all activities at camp with great enthusiasm.  Well done, Prab!

  • Atticus M (5/6EN) – ‘Be Your Best’ for your positive, can-do attitude at camp.  Well done, Atticus, you were a joy to spend time with at camp.

 

Specialist  

(Foundation – Year 2)

P.E.

  • Griffin D (FBW) - ‘Be your Best’ for demonstrating and continually practising great football kicks.   have been working really hard on this skill during class and at breaks.  Keep up the effort Griffin. 

  • Sophia H (2CL) - ‘Be your Best’ for attempting all new skills in AFL and playing each game with a positive attitude. Well done Sophia.

AUSLAN

  • Harry T (FSC) - ‘Help Others Succeed’ for being a confident and clear helper when other students aren’t sure of the signs for different letters.  Well done, Harry!

  • Toby H (1GS) - ‘Be Your Best’ for developing confidence and consistently trying his best to use the correct handshapes, reflecting dedication and effort in learning Auslan. 

  • Illy B (2ZH) - ‘Be Responsible’ for always being ready and prepared with everything we need for an Auslan lessons – thank you Illy!

 

Specialist  

(Year 3 - 6)

The Arts

  • Ella K (GC) - ‘Be Your Best’ for following the design process well to complete a sushi food truck.  The colours chosen emphasised your food choice well.  You continue to show great artistic skill in all that you do. Well done!

  • Jed W - (GC) ‘Be Your Best’ for persevering with your food truck, ensuring that you completed the task using your own original ideas for your business “Food Empire (FEMP)”.

  • Ash D - (JM) ‘Be Your Best’ for always completing artwork following the design brief and making it your own, demonstrating excellent creativity.

 

 

Music

  • Parker W (3/4LB) – ‘Be Your Best’ for displaying excellent listening during music lessons, and a genuine desire to be your best.  This has been a great example to others.  Keep it up.

  • Kyla W (5/6TD) – ‘Be Your Best’ for her exceptional results during our Ukulele unit.  You have mastered all the chords and strumming techniques that we covered, and you enjoyed yourself along the way!  Well done!
