Book an Adventure

Oberon Reads has been a part of Oberon life for over ten years. Silent reading not only improves reading and language skills but also develops concentration away from screens. Every student in Years 7 -10 needs to remember to bring a book for ten minutes of silent reading at the start of Period Five (when non-practical classes are timetabled).

This year, the theme of Oberon Reads is ‘Book an Adventure’, so keep an eye out for the Reading Rangers who will be visiting classes during Oberon Reads with a bag of treats for students who are doing a great job with their reading!
