Year 9

On Tuesday we had over 180 Year 9 students participate in their Morrisby Online Assessment. It was fantastic to see students focused on these tasks. Some students will have one or two modules to complete at home. A TEAMS chat will be sent to your child to let them know how much is left to go. The Morrisby Online Assessment needs to be fully completed for your child to be eligible for the Morrisby interview in Weeks 9&10 of this term. An email will be sent to parents soon, inviting you to attend with your child at a day and time that suits.

Year 10

WHITE CARD TRAINING- Construction

Next Monday Year 10 students will be introduced to Work Experience opportunities for 2025 as well as starting their Safe@Work modules.

Some students may be keen to pursue work experience in the construction area- plumbing, electrical, painting and decorating, landscaping and carpentry.

To be able to do these placements, students will need a WHITE CARD CERTIFICATE. We are holding a White Card Training Session on TUESDAY 18 MARCH at Oberon HS. It is a full day of training and costs $90. Our trainer is the CFMEU. We are limited to 20 places only. If your child is interested, could you please let Lesa Allison in the office know. Another date in June will also be available.
